Creative Risk-taking - Challenge yourself!

Creativity often feels risky; we are exposing something of ourselves, something new that has not come into the world before. Our creativity may sometimes challenge our ego or self-image and show us things we haven't noticed before, and that makes us vulnerable.

Today, I invite you to be a courageous, creative adventurer!

Ask yourself this question: if anything were possible, what would I create?

The truth is, whatever the answer to that question is, you have the capacity to do it, even if you have never done it before, even if you don't know where to start.

You are naturally creative because all humans are; it is our superpower. You have the capacity to dream, have an idea, and imagine what you would like to create, whether it is a painting, a piece of music, a garden, or maybe a beautiful life.

You also have the capacity to take one step at a time and move towards transforming your ideas into a reality. This is your unique human capacity. We create, we imagine, and then we bring our imagination into reality.

Okay, we all know that this doesn't happen by magic (there is lots of exciting stuff in the middle too!), but it does happen, all the time, all around us, and you are a part of that too!

During my year of creative freedom, I've been having lots of fun creating in new ways. Making videos, audios and creating my coaching programme, Creative Freedom Unlimited, I've also been embarking on a long-term creative project with my husband of renovating a beautiful garden in Spain (more on that if you follow my socials!).

It has often felt uncomfortable, vulnerable and risky, but the rewards so far have been awesome. Creative freedom and flow that I haven't experienced in years!
